Less is More week 7 ~ Masculine!

Amended card after Mandi's suggestion that it might look good 'parked' alongside the sentiment and I have to agree with her.

Phew! -  a toughie this week - card for a man!!!Do we all struggle with these? Or is it just me?
I remembered this Austin Healey die cut (a Go Kreate die)
that I bought a long time ago and then ...ting!A light bulb moment. The sentiment (from Create with TLC) just seemed so appropriate I simply had to have a play. My first effort  was almost finished when concentration slipped and so did my pen. OOPS!
Although I'm getting more comfortable with stamping, my first choice is definitely die cutting.

Right, so now I'm off for a shower, get dressed and then brekkie!

Thanks to all who left me such lovely and sympathetic messages on my last post. It's helps to know that others understand what it's like to lose a much loved pet.

Hi Di
Aww, what a shame your pen slipped, maybe it can be the garage door!
Thats a super sentiment stamp, works great for a man.
I think the car would look good 'parked' next to it too

Thanks as always Di
See you again

Lovely card. Shame the pen slipped! Agree with Mandi that the car might look better if it was grounded - IYKWIM. Just a suggestion - hope you dont mind.

Such a shame the pen slipped! However, I think both the square and long cards are great. I really like the one with the car parked along side the sentiment.

Great cards - like them all... even the one where the pen slipped... rescue it by putting a couple of cut out 'tyres' or wheels in the corner!
The sentiment is just brilliant and sooo apt for the men I know!

Brilliant Di, absolutely LOVE that sentiment. Love the little Healey too, we have two old classic cars in our garage so I know that card would go down well with my hubby!

Great card and I love how you took on board the constructive criticism and made it even better. I wish I could see things in different ways like Mandi.
